The Poet is a short film (approx 5 minutes) that entirely takes place on a stage. One actor is needed to play the poet, who sits on the stage writing then walks to the edge of the stage and recites the poetry. While the poet writes a narrator speaks in voice over about the poet as if they were an animal on a national geographic like program.
The Poet could be either male or female and age does not really matter. I'm more so looking for someone who is interested in the role and has a look that suits the part.

I start filming on February 15th through to the 17th. Auditions will most likely take place on Monday the 8th.
