It’s about a brand new musical theatre production chock full of Broadway favourites that is both funny and inspiring about 5 multi-generational women living in one brownstone and how their lives interact and affect one another. Brownstone B — Big, Bold & Beautiful! will not only empower women but the show reflects real lives, real issues and real women — and all 5 singer/actresses are from our community!

Phoenix Women Rising Award

Last year, SACL launched its Phoenix Women Rising Award, which honours women who have prevailed through life’s obstacles. The 1st recipient of the award was well-known author Sylvia Fraser. On closing night, SACL will award its 2nd Phoenix Women Rising Award.
