Out of Character
For a peek at the secret lives of London celebrities join us on the 3rd floor at the Central Library, 251 Dundas St. as Londoners slip “Out of Character” to perform, declaim and maybe even ham short pieces of theatre that will tear away their veneers of respectability and shine a light on their bubbling inner personal cauldrons! Free Admission.
Join us to hear author Joan Barfoot, Grand Theatre artistic director Susan Ferley, Anglican priest Rev. Nick Wells, Library CEO Susanna Hubbard Krimmer, Galleria London manager Lucas Blois and Kathy Navackas of the Fringe Festival, to name just a few.
They will perform pieces selected by the Library’s Playwright-in-Residence, Dave Carley, from his own work, and other Canadian plays.
Emceed by John Dolan, Professor of Theatre, Fanshawe College.
