Oliver!

Oliver! tells the story of Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist, the orphan who endures trial and tribulation in the seedy underground of Victorian England. Fagin and his band of thieves, Nancy, with the quintessential “heart of gold”, the menacing Bill Sykes, and the Artful Dodger lead Oliver through this tale of hardship and reclamation. Some challenging subject matter and violence might make this more appropriate for ages 8 and up.
