An Evening of Classical and Contemporary Ballet

A smorgasbord of dance sure to delight the palate of all, this evening is a tantalizing blend of exciting contemporary ballet seasoned with samplings from Ballet Jörgen Canada’s beloved classical repertoire. The evening features Rendezvous, created by Robert Desrosiers, and the world premiere of a new work, Icarus, created by Malgorzata Nowacka for Ballet Jörgen Canada. Jorgen’s signature Swedish Songs and excerpts from his story ballets, Romeo & Juliet and Cinderella, bring a classical flavour to the evening.
