After all, they are musical comedy legends in the best musical comedy ever written. Meet Sarah Brown, the upright and uptight “mission doll”; Sky Masterson, the slick, high-rolling gambler who woos her on a bet, and then falls in love; Adelaide, the hot box headliner, engaged to Nathan Detroit for 14 years, and jealous of his floating crap game. And cheer on the funny characters from Nicely Nicely Johnston to Harry the Horse, to Brandy Bottle Bates to Big Julie from Chicago.
