Problem Child
The Problem Child in question is the offspring of a hapless couple, anxiously awaiting word from Protective Services. Their child was taken away from them due to the wife’s former drug habit and the husband’s incarceration. Although uneducated and socially outcast, the couple shares a surprisingly deep social insight. Their blatant ignorance and biting wit will manage to surprise the audience between laughs. Adding to the sarcastic mix of characters is Helen, the Social Worker, and Phillie, the funniest janitor to ever appear on stage.
Tickets: $25; available online and at the Grand Theatre box office, 519-672-8800.
