Life is good at the Orphanage, until Herbert P. Vanderveldt, a sinister tycoon, announces his plans to knock it down and replace it with factories. Jenny, a spunky orphan girl, and her brother, Jim, don’t know where they can find enough money to save their home—that is, until Captain Traprock and his band of pirates arrive in town, treasure map in hand. Soon, the orphans find themselves on a hunt for buried gold, in the middle of a magnificent adventure on the high seas. Will Jenny and Jim find the loot, or will Captain Traprock find them first?
