The Bairn

When a new mother believes her child has been stolen and replaced with a wooden figurine her desperate search for answers leads her deeper into madness and darkness. Convinced by a strange and malicious young girl to make a pact with the devil, this distraught mother will be forced to make an atrocious choice that will make you squirm. An exciting and disturbing new piece, The Bairn explores real European folklore and the brutal truths about how mythology explained mental disorder throughout history, in high Gothic style.
