Frida & Diego

Frida Kahlo has become a cultural icon, renowned for her dramatic paintings, her exotic sense of style, and her suffering. Her husband, Diego Rivera, himself a sensation in Mexico for his political murals, caused her much pain with his womanizing, and yet their story is one of the great love affairs in art history. In this show, a young actress will transform into Frida, as Diego paints, and flirts, the energies rising to a crescendo with flamenco music and dance. Prepare to be entertained, enchanted and informed, as the spirits gather for El Dia des Los Muertos.
