The Donnelly Opera

The Donnelly Opera is a one act music drama that incorporates Wagnerian romanticism with modern music theatre sensibilities in the style of Adam Geuttel. The opera focuses on the events leading up to the second murder trial which included the arson of the main witnesses home, and the offer of four thousand dollars to have the same witness killed. It seeks to answer the long standing question, why was there no justice for the Donnellys?
