Human Voices Wake Us
Join some of London’s finest actors for this workshop of new monologues.
The works range widely in perspective to address the most pressing questions of our time: parenthood in the era of precarity; global warming and climate collapse; cancel culture and the revelation of a dubious iconography; the emotional consequences of disposable technology; and concerted resistance to injustices of the state.
We invite you to participate in the making of this text, set for interpretation through film this summer, by offering feedback in real time. What worked for you? What didn’t? What made you laugh, cry, or demand a refund? Because we believe that art is always a polyvocal product derived from and accountable to community, we want to know!
