AlvegoRoot Theatre Company
AlvegoRoot Theatre will be holding auditions for key roles in the company’s 2018 Season. Auditions will involve preparing one two minute monologue which the actor connects to and feels expresses themself. As well the actor will be asked to read sides during the auditions. Auditions will be with artistic director Adam Corrigan Holowitz. AlvegoRoot creates new plays about London and the surrounding area. AlvegoRoot cultivates new plays based around local stories and people who have lived and live down the street. The 2018 Season operates from May 23 to July 26.

THE BOY WITH AN R IN HIS HAND
Alex (lead): A 12 year old boy. We are looking for a male from late teens to late twenties to play a child. However we are also open to seeing children audition for this role.
Ensemble: To play a variety of characters in the play, including principal parts.
WELCOME TO BON ECHO
June: Female. Early twenties to mid-thirties.
James Thurber: Male. Early twenties to mid-thirties.
Note: We practice non-traditional casting so if interested you are encouraged to apply regardless of the casting breakdown.
