You’ve seen our High School Project… now take part!

The Grand Theatre is inviting High School students (Grade 9-12 in 2008-09 school year) from London and the surrounding area to audition and interview for:

William Shakespeare’s

As You Like It

Work On Stage

Auditions are currently being scheduled for:

Tuesday, November 18, 2008        3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008        3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, November 20, 2008    3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Friday, November 21, 2008    3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Work Behind the Scenes

We are looking for interested high school students to learn behind-the-scenes skills on the High School Project in the following areas:

– Assistant Stage Manager

– Lighting Designer

– Set and Props Coordinator

– Costume Coordinator

– Sound Coordinator

Students will have the opportunity to work directly with professional Grand Theatre staff members as they assist with the behind-the-scenes aspects of the High School Production.

Interviews for behind-the-scenes work will be held on Monday Nov. 10 from 3p.m. – 6p.m. and Wednesday Nov. 12 from 3p.m. – 6p.m
