Auditions and Callbacks will be held in Maryse Leitch Hall in the Palace Theatre, 710 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Paid parking available at rear of building. Street parking is free after 6:00pm. Enter through box office doors.

AUDITIONS: By Appointment. Email our lovely Stage Manager ( with preferred date and time for your audition slot and/or any questions. Option of Wednesday, October 16 (6:30-9:30 pm) or Thursday, October 17 (6:30-9:30 pm).

CALLBACKS: Friday, October 18 (6:30-9:30 pm).

REQUIREMENTS: Group auditions will consist of a prepared short monologue (1-minute length) and cold readings from the script on the callback date.

PRODUCTION DATES: May 1-10, 2020 on the Main Stage at the Palace Theatre.

REHEARSALS: Ideally Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (7-10 pm) starting the first week in February 2020 (*Subject to change*).

Based on the novel by Jane Austen, Pride and Prejudice is set in 1813. The play follows the character development of Elizabeth Bennet, the dynamic protagonist, who learns about the repercussions of hasty judgments and eventually comes to appreciate the difference between superficial goodness and actual goodness. A classic piece filled with comedy; its humour lies in its honest depiction of manners, education, marriage and money during the Regency era in Great Britain.

Charles Bingley -Eligible wealthy bachelor: age range 25-30
Caroline Bingley -Sister to Charles Bingley: age range 20-27
Charlotte Lucas -Friend to Lizzie Bennet: age range 20-25
Fitzwilliam Darcy -Eligible wealthy bachelor: age range 25-35
Georgiana Darcy -Sister to Mr. F. Darcy: age range 20-30
Mr. Collins -Servant to Lady Catherine: age range 20-30
George Wickham -A member of the armed forces: age range 25-35
Lady Catherine de Bourgh -age range 50-60
Lady Anne de Bourgh -Daughter to Lady Catherine: age range 17-25
Reynolds -Housekeeper to Mr. Darcy: age range 50-60
