Victor Hugo's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame"

AK Arts Academy is extremely excited to be the FIRST to bring this classic story to London, Ontario, at the beautiful Palace Theatre!! This musical is a story which outlines the timeless tale of the strains of trying to fit in, in a world full of judgement and hatred, love and loss.

The musical features a darker, more gothic premise than the original Disney film. With a romantically tragic ending to this story of triumph and acceptance lends itself to a very emotional and powerful theatrical experience. Leaving an audience completely moved in both directions.

We are looking to fill many roles, including choir specific roles (Please Note: Choir only roles are separate from Ensemble roles, as we are casting a standing choir in excess of our staged cast). PLEASE indicate if you prefer to audition for a CHOIR ROLE ONLY. Those auditioning for other roles are not eliminated from being members of the choir, but there is no need to audition twice.

Production Team includes:

Director: Kaitlyn Rietdyk
Music Director: Alexandra Kane
Choreographer: Amy Wright
Stage Manager: Kristen Clancy
Producers: Jason McMannis & Rebecca Hall
